The objective of this course is to introduce the hyperspectral remote sensing (HRS). This is an advanced remote sensing course, and students with good knowledge of remote sensing is necessary. However, I will still spend some time covering the basics of remote sensing to make sure students have the ability to catch up the lectures. Unlike a regular class the instructor delivers a lecture on a regular basis; this course will heavily use data analysis software and frequently operate a field spectroradiometer.
